• You must choose “15 Day Fly it – Love it” during checkout, then:
• Pre-Qualification form must be completed within 48 hours of ordering. If not received within 48 hours then the order is deemed ineligible for this program.
• The number of concurrent participants may be limited at our discretion.
• You have 15 calendar days from receipt of the wing to ship back (postmarked within 15 days) and tracking must be provided in the return form.
• Return Form must be completed entirely within 15 calendar days of delivery of the wing.
• Outbound & Return Shipping is your responsibility.
• Keep flight time under 4 hours, please.
• Abuse, tears, rips, or any other damage to the wing, lines, risers, or any other shipping contents such as glider bag & riser bag will nullify this program. Please treat this as your wing, or your buddy’s wing – aka on grass, no pavement.
• Gliders eligible for return will be in like-new condition and properly packed for shipping.
• All accessories, including but not limited to glider bag and riser bag must be returned.
• A refund will be provided after receipt and full satisfactory inspection. Wings deemed ineligible may be returned to you without a refund.
